These Terms describe the basic rules for using Wimme: Stories With Me ("Wimme" or the "App"), provided by LittleWhim Ltd. ("LittleWhim," "we," "us," or "our"). If you download Wimme from the App Store, Apple's standard app terms and App Store rules also apply.

Family Use

Wimme is designed for families. Parents and guardians should supervise children's use of the App and manage accounts, purchases, device permissions, and privacy choices. Children should use Wimme only with parent or guardian supervision.

Stories and Generated Content

Wimme helps families create interactive stories, images, read-aloud audio, and related story content. Some content may be generated with AI services. Generated content can be incomplete, unexpected, or inaccurate, so parents and guardians should review content before sharing it outside the App.

Accounts and Purchases

You are responsible for keeping account access secure and for managing purchases made through your Apple account. Apple processes payments and handles refund requests through its own App Store processes. Wimme may maintain purchase records and story credit balances needed to deliver App features.

Story credits are used to create and deliver stories. If Apple changes, reverses, or refunds a purchase, Wimme may adjust the account's internal credit balance. Deleting an account may remove remaining story credits, child profiles, saved stories, generated story media, and other account content associated with that account, except for limited records Wimme must keep for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.

Account Deletion and Parent Requests

You can delete your Wimme account in the App from Account Settings -> Delete Account. After deletion is confirmed, Wimme immediately disables account access and starts the deletion process. Once the deletion process starts, it cannot be canceled or undone. Associated account records, child profiles, saved stories, generated story content, generated story media, and storage objects are usually deleted within 24 hours. Parents and guardians may also contact support@wimme.app for access, correction, deletion, or refusal of further collection or use related to child profiles, saved stories, generated story media, or account information.

Acceptable Use

Do not misuse Wimme, interfere with the App's services, attempt to access other users' content, or submit content that is unlawful, harmful, or violates another person's rights.

Availability

We work to keep Wimme available and reliable, but the App may change, pause, or become unavailable from time to time. Features may depend on Apple services, cloud infrastructure, AI providers, network availability, or device permissions.

Our Privacy Policy explains what information Wimme collects, how we use it, and how parents or guardians can contact us about privacy requests.
